Are you an experienced Business Development manager with a passion and experience across building, construction, warehousing, industrial or commercial products and applications ?

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our clients Brisbane-based team. In this role, you will take ownership of a large Queensland territory, developing new business opportunities and managing key relationships across the industrial, warehousing, and commercial sectors.

This is a solution-based sales role where no two projects are the same. You'll work with a wide range of clients including builders, developers, facility managers, and industrial operators—providing tailored solutions that meet their specific project needs.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities across QLD

Build and manage relationships with contractors, developers, and decision-makers

Conduct site visits, assess client requirements, and present solutions

Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, project scope, and delivery

Prepare accurate quotes and sales reports to maintain pipeline visibility

Represent the brand at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events

About You

Proven B2B sales experience (3–5+ years), preferably in industrial or commercial environments

Strong knowledge of warehousing fit-outs, industrial equipment, or commercial construction is highly advantageous

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a wide territory

Comfortable with regular travel across Queensland

Current driver’s license and full Australian working rights
