Job Responsibilities:

As a Site Manager, you will be an integral part of our construction team, working closely with project managers to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing and coordinating daily construction activities.

Providing guidance and support to subcontractors.

Ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.

Monitoring the use of materials and equipment.

Identifying and addressing any safety concerns in accordance with company safety management plan.

Assisting with the training and development of apprentices.

To be Successful you will need:

10+ years of experience in the construction industry.

Experience and capability in co-ordinating and delivering civil and inground works (self-performed by Trowse Constructions).

Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.

Proficient in ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Trade certification or relevant qualifications preferred.

Strong structural construction knowledge

Timeframe & Location

The position we are hiring for is for projects generally South of the Brisbane River. The cadidate will liklely be working on a concrete tilt-up industrial shed in Beaudesert starting in 6-8 weeks.

As a company, we complete works from Gold Coast up to Sunshine Coast and out to Ipswich.
