My client a privately-owned construction company headquartered on the Gold Coast is currently looking for a an established Site Manager. Known for delivering quality commercial, residential, and childcare developments, they’ve built an outstanding reputation through consistent delivery and long-standing relationships across the state.

The Opportunity:
You’ll be responsible for managing the full site delivery of a brand-new, multi-level childcare centre in the heart of Brisbane. This high-profile project requires a commercially experienced Site Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident leading subcontractors, managing safety and quality, and working closely with the project team to ensure timelines and budgets are met.

Your Role Will Include:

• Full site management from groundworks to completion
  
  
• Coordination of all trades, suppliers, and site staff
  
  
• Managing WHS, quality control, and compliance on site
  
  
• Daily reporting and site diary management
  
  
• Working closely with the Project Manager and client-side representatives
  
  
• Driving project timelines, troubleshooting, and delivering to high standards
  
  

About You:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial builds is essential
  
  
• Previous delivery of childcare centre projects highly desirable
  
  
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Confident managing multi-level or tight inner-city projects
  
  
• Solid understanding of QLD construction codes and WHS legislation
  
  
• Trade qualified or construction management background preferred
  
  
• Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
