About the Opportunity We are working with a well-established builder-developer on a significant residential townhouse development. Due to project expansion and upcoming growth, the team is seeking a Foreman to join the project immediately.

Project Snapshot

• Work closely with the Site Manager other site foreman and pre-construction team to oversee day-to-day site operations
  
  
• Coordinate trades and sub-contractors
  
  
• Manage 2-week look-ahead schedules
  
  
• Ensure safety, quality, and timelines are upheld
  
  
• Use tools like Microsoft Project and PlanRadar for planning and defect management
  
  
• Handle site sign-ons and maintain compliance
  
  

• Driven, energetic, and reliable
  
  
• Strong trade background (chippy or general trade)
  
  
• Positive, can-do attitude
  
  
• QBCC license (desirable)
  
  
• Townhouse/volume builder experience highly valued
  
  

• Microsoft Project
  
  
• PlanRadar
  
  

• Practical and proactive
  
  
• Works well in a team
  
  
• Young or young-at-heart and eager to grow
