Your new role

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a 50-townhouse construction project. You'll oversee all on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Managing site safety, compliance, and quality control
• Monitoring project timelines and reporting progress
• Liaising with the Project Manager and stakeholders
• Driving a positive and productive site culture

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on medium to large-scale residential projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A deep understanding of construction processes, safety, and compliance
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project momentum
• Relevant qualifications in construction or building supervision
