With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects and a reputation for excellence, they are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Manager to join the team.

The Role 🏡

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing all on-site activities for multi-unit townhouse developments in Coomera and Mermaid Beach.

You'll work closely with the Building Manager, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities ⭐

• Manage day-to-day site operations from groundworks through to handover
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
• Monitor project timelines and schedules to meet deadlines
• Conduct site meetings, toolbox talks, and quality checks
• Liaise with suppliers to manage deliveries and logistics
• Maintain site records, documentation, and reporting
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly

About You 🤠

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on townhouse or similar residential projects in Queensland.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and quality standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
• Solid understanding of OH&S regulations and site safety practices
• Trade ququalification or relevant building/construction diploma (Carpentry background is preferred)
• Valid driver's licence + QBCC Builders/Supervisors License
