A new opportunity is now available for a Site Manager to take the lead on a townhouse development in Rochedale. This is a permanent, full-time role offering an immediate start and a highly competitive salary package for the right candidate.

Your Role:

• Oversee the full delivery of townhouse project
• Manage daily site operations, subcontractors, and the on-site foreman
• Coordinate trades and develop short- and long-term construction programs
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and relevant building codes
• Manage site safety, inductions, toolbox talks, and all OH&S requirements
• Maintain quality control and defect management processes
• Collaborate closely with the Project Management team

About You:

• Minimum QBCC Site Supervisor license
• At least 2 years’ experience supervising townhouse projects
• Solid knowledge across all stages of construction – from base to completion
• Proven track record of consistent employment and project delivery
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a solution-focused mindset
• Confident using basic construction software and digital tools
• Committed to maintaining a safe and efficient worksite
