🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

Managing day-to-day admin, inboxes, scheduling, and team calendars

Preparing quotes, invoices, contracts, and project documents

Coordinating trades, suppliers, and client updates

Tracking project progress and managing files and job data

Supporting basic bookkeeping (Xero, reconciliations, reports)

Assisting with business event logistics and systems

Working directly with the founder to streamline and scale operations

Have experience in construction, renovations, or similar admin roles

Are systems-savvy and love building smooth processes

Use tools like Google Workspace, Xero, Trello/Asana/Buildertrend/etc.

Communicate clearly and confidently — with clients, tradies, and suppliers

Are self-managed, take initiative, and care about doing quality work

Remote-first role (Australia-based preferred for timezone)

15–25 hrs/week to start, with opportunity to grow
