Connected Roof Safety is growing fast — and we’re looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join our team in Pakenham.

This is a part-time, flexible position supporting both our Operations Manager and Project Manager to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

If you’ve worked in admin for a HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or solar company, we’d love to hear from you — your experience will translate perfectly into this role. Don't stress if you haven't though, we're all about training the right person.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for a range of administrative tasks that keep our projects on track and our clients well looked after. From maintaining staff inductions to creating SWMS and support with timesheets, you’ll be the go-to admin support for our operations team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of routine and variety, can stay organised under pressure, and wants a flexible position that still offers meaningful, impactful work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing day-to-day admin support to the Operations and Project Managers

Assisting with scheduling, job tracking, and follow-ups

Preparing and maintaining reports and other project documentation

Keeping SimPRO and other systems up to date (training provided if needed)

Assisting with handover manuals, SWMS documentation, and client communication

Helping ensure our projects are delivered professionally and on time

We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have:

Previous admin experience in a trade-based business (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, solar, etc.)

Excellent attention to detail and solid organisational skills

Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems

A proactive, friendly attitude and clear communication style

The ability to work independently and stay on top of deadlines
