Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

HR- Rostering, Timesheets, Hiring, Onboarding & Inductions of new staff & performance reviews

Admin & Operations Co-ordination- Answering phone calls, managing operations emails, scheduling jobs, data entry, banking reconciliations, daily operations co-ordination, OH&S reviews & assisting in tenders’ preparation

Inspection checks for work equipment & organize maintenance

Stock tracking & maintenance

Associated administrative & operations support tasks

Onsite Audits, as required

Ensuring compliance with the relevant legislative regulations, client requirements, and organizational policy standards

Qualification, Skills & Abilities:

Admin & Operations Co-Ordinator Experience

Excellent organisational & leadership skills

Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills

High attention to detail & data accuracy

Competent with emails, answering phone calls & working with digital platforms
