About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and confident team member to assist in the growth of our product, Spark Relief Teachers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in customer service, sales, or call centre work who is looking for a flexible and casual role in our Richmond office.
What You’ll Do
As a Junior Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in the growth of our primary product, Spark Relief Teachers. Your responsibilities will include:
Conduct outbound calls to Spark’s new customers.
Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
Provide exceptional customer service to support users.
Develop strategies to attract new customers.
Analyse market trends and customer feedback to contribute to product innovation.
Meet weekly KPI targets.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who is:
Excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experienced in customer service (preferred but not essential).
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Equipped with excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.

Working Arrangements
This is a casual, in-office role based in Richmond, with start times between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We are offering 15-20 hours per week, with the potential to increase based on performance. We are big believers in the value of in-person collaboration, it helps us move faster, think more creatively and stay closely connected as a team.
