We’re a specialist medical clinic in Frankston with a difference: one dedicated doctor, a small and supportive team, and a shared commitment to exceptional patient care.

We’re currently seeking a Medical Receptionist & Clinical Assistant to join our practice in a varied dual-role that blends front desk duties with hands-on clinical support.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position involving:

Reception & Administration: Patient bookings, phone management, billing, data entry, and general admin support.

Clinical Assistance: Assisting the doctor with day-clinic procedures, preparing treatment room, patient follow-ups, and maintaining clinical standards.

You’ll be the warm, professional first point of contact for patients, while also playing an active role in their care. Full clinical training will be provided.

About You

You’re someone who:

Has a warm and professional communication style

Thrives in a small team where you can wear many hats

Is comfortable juggling admin and clinical tasks

Is proactive, organised, and detail-oriented

Wants to work in a supportive, respectful, and people-first environment

What You’ll Need

Previous experience in reception/admin/customer service role

Clinical qualifications or experience (EN, RN, or dental nurse cert highly regarded)

Confident using MS Office (Word, Outlook – bonus for Excel)

Great attention to detail and task follow-through

Current driver’s licence

A positive, can-do attitude

Bonus (but not essential):

Experience using Best Practice software

Medicare billing knowledge

Prior experience assisting with in-clinic procedures
