Our client is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team on a full-time, onsite basis in Truganina, VIC.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service, processing orders, and supporting the sales team with a commercial mindset. If you enjoy variety, take pride in your work, and thrive in a busy team environment, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming customer enquiries and sales calls with professionalism
Accurately process sales orders and provide product information
Proactively identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
Support Business Development Managers with admin and sales tasks
Conduct outbound calls to prospects and potential distributors
Provide regular updates and reports in sales meetings
Manage multiple priorities and meet performance targets
Build and maintain strong customer and internal relationships
About You
Proven experience in customer service and/or internal sales
A commercial mindset with a strong focus on performance
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
Humble, open to feedback, and eager to continuously improve
Self-motivated, proactive, and team-focused
Strong emotional intelligence and people skills
