💼 About the Role
Are you the kind of person who turns chaos into calm, excuses into results, and systems into smooth operators?
We’re on the lookout for an Admin Service Coordinator who keeps tradies running like clockwork, supports customers like a legend, and isn’t afraid to spot (and fix) inefficiencies before anyone else even notices them.
If you’ve worked with trades before — awesome. If not, but you can confidently show us how your past roles (hospitality, health, retail, logistics, Management skills or other service admin gigs) gave you superpowers in scheduling, service, or organisation — we’re keen to hear your story.
This role blends admin, phone sales, scheduling, and workflow building — and we want someone who brings energy, value, and fresh ideas to the table.
☎️ What You’ll Be Doing
Taking inbound calls and booking in jobs with a smile
Following up with customers post-service to close value-add sales (like surge protection, smoke alarms, safety upgrades)
Creating and refining workflows that make everyone’s life easier
Quoting over the phone, managing service diaries, and keeping Simpro/Xero sharp and tidy
Supporting our techs so they can deliver A-grade work
Owning your space, juggling priorities, and keeping the day moving
✅ What We’re Looking For
Experience in admin, scheduling, customer service, or operational support
Bonus if you’ve worked in trades or service-based businesses
If not, show us how your previous experience brings serious value
Confident on the phone and great with people
Obsessed with efficiency and loves improving systems
Organised, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments
A team player with energy, initiative, and zero interest in office politics
🎯 What You’ll Get
$60K–$75K salary (based on experience & performance)
Quarterly performance bonuses
Full time role 7:30-5:00 pm Monday to Friday
Monday brekkie meetings with the team every month (pies + good vibes)
