About the role

This is a full-time Internal Sales/Customer Service role based in our Meadowbrook, Queensland office. You will be a key member of the Client & Sales Administration team at Aquaknect Flexibles , providing exceptional customer service and support to our growing client base. In this varied and rewarding position, you will play a vital role in driving the company's sales growth and contributing to our overall business success.

What you'll be doing

Handling inbound sales and customer service enquiries via phone and email

Responding to customer queries and providing product and service information

Data entry of Sales orders , work orders , Project Quotations and general sales duties.

Developing strong relationships with existing customers and potential clients

Providing administrative support to the sales as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role, ideally within the Building Supply industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly gather information and provide solutions

Proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office suite

A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude
