The position: We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced administrator with strong customer service and upselling skills to join our sales team. This is a newly created opportunity for a true all-rounder that is well organised, thrives on being able to juggle multiple tasks, has an eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset. The role will be busy and varied, with a key focus on customer care. This role will be based in Yatala initially but will become a hybrid roll (work from home)

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Account Management

Serve as the main internal point of contact for assigned accounts.

Monitor and manage customer activity, usage trends

Identify and communicate additional product and service offerings

Sales Support

Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts.

Developing and managing relationships with existing customers

Data & Reporting

Maintain accurate customer records in our Hoop systems

Generate reports on customer usage, and contract status

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 2 years in a customer facing, administrative role

Previous telesales history and be comfortable making customer calls in an open plan office environment

A customer focused, can-do attitude

Computer literacy with experience in Excel / Google Drive

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively understanding customer needs and clearly presenting solutions or product information.

Demonstrates problem-solving skills and the confidence to make well-informed decisions
