You will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in managing day-to-day scheduling activities. Your professionalism, communication skills, and ability to juggle multiple tasks will ensure our clients receive timely, accurate service and our field teams stay on track.
You’ll work closely with the Operations team to coordinate schedules, communicate job progress, and ensure all client touchpoints run smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience and a knack for logistics and coordination.
In this role, you will:
Be the first point of contact for inbound customer calls and emails
Manage scheduling of electrical jobs for residential and commercial clients
Coordinate appointments with customers and field technicians using SimPro and Salesforce
Confirm job bookings, follow up on outstanding quotes, and conduct post-job feedback calls
Communicate with customers regarding service times, delays, or changes in scheduling
Assist in the resolution of customer complaints with empathy and efficiency
Support the Operations team with calendar management and technician allocation
Perform light administrative duties to support smooth office workflows
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
Previous experience in customer service or scheduling/coordinator roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
The ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
A friendly, professional phone manner
A proactive and solution-focused mindset
Experience with job management software such as SimPro or Salesforce (desirable)
A genuine passion for helping people and getting things right the first time
