This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing golf equipment company as an E-Commerce Marketing Specialist. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the company’s Australian E-Commerce platforms, implementing digital marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and applying best practices to drive conversions, enhance content, acquire and retain customers, and elevate the company’s brand presence in the Australian golf market. You will oversee E-Commerce platform functionality, product listings, and customer engagement strategies to drive online sales and improve user experience.

We are looking for a skilled and proactive E-Commerce Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is data-driven, and is passionate about optimising online sales. This role is vital to the success of our E-Commerce operations, and your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the company’s Australian E-Commerce platforms, ensuring accurate content, pricing, descriptions, and promotions.

Manage product listings by ensuring relevant descriptions, images, and specifications are included; monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to ensure availability and accuracy.

Optimise user experience (UX) and interface (UI) to ensure seamless navigation and improve conversion rates.

Implement SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.

Execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, PPC, and affiliate marketing.

Create engaging content for E-Commerce platforms, social media, email newsletters, and other digital marketing channels.

Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to assess customer behaviour and recommend data-driven improvements.

Manage and grow the company’s regional social media presence by creating engaging posts and interacting with followers.

Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce and digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices to continuously improve the company’s online presence.

Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field desirable.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in an E-Commerce or Digital Marketing role.

Experience with E-Commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento). Proficiency with Magento 2/Adobe Commerce is strongly desirable.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, including email marketing, social media marketing, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.

Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), HTML, and CSS is highly desirable.

Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Storefront is a plus.

Proficiency in E-Commerce copywriting is highly desirable.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.

Creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively and develop new solutions.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

A proactive and self-driven attitude, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Knowledge of the Australian golf industry and target audience is a plus.
