Commercial Operations & E-Commerce Manager

We're looking for a Commercial Operations & E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of our online store and support broader commercial activity. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same-perfect for someone who enjoys variety, solving problems, and making things run smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Manage the day-to-day running of our e-commerce and commercial operations
• Support the growth of online sales and improve digital tools and workflows
• Oversee stock, pricing, logistics, and supplier relationships
• Collaborate with store teams and internal departments to improve the customer experience
• Lead and support a small, high-performing team (3-4 people)
• Track performance and lead continuous improvement projects
