🚀 Join Our Team: E-Commerce Product Manager & All-Rounder (Sports Retail)

NSW / Hybrid | 🕒 Full-Time

Salary: $90k–$120K + Super (DOE)

Magento & Shopify | Sports Retail | Results-Focused

We're looking for a proactive and versatile E-Commerce Product Manager & All-Rounder with at least 2 years of e-commerce experience (sports retail preferred) to lead, manage, and get things done across our fast-paced online business.

This role is ideal for someone who’s just as comfortable analysing ROAS and strategising sales campaigns as they are uploading product data, coordinating inventory, or assist with a Shopify migration.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing:

📣 Marketing & Campaigns

• Manage and optimise digital campaigns, ROAS, and budget allocations

• Create and deliver banners, videos, sale assets, and product promotions

• Lead performance meetings with digital agency and internal stakeholders

🛒 E-Commerce Management (Magento & Shopify)

• Manage Magento product data, banners, and category structure

• Prepare for our Shopify migration (launching August 2025)

• Work on UX improvements and feature rollouts with developers

📦 Inventory, Procurement & Stock

• Oversee product onboarding, pricing, and supplier data collection

• Manage seasonal buys, replenishment orders, and clearance strategies

• Track incoming stock and ensure timely receiving and activation

📈 Marketplace Management (Amazon, Kogan, Decathlon, eBay)

• Maintain accurate product feeds and SOH levels

• Set up new marketplaces, optimise listings, and drive growth

• Coordinate FBA processes and identify new marketplace opportunities

🛠 Development & Systems

• Work closely with external web developer to:

• Track bugs and development tasks in JIRA

• Collaborate with developers and third parties (FeedOps, CIN7, etc.)

• Assist with integration planning (CIN7, Shopify, API connections)

📬 Customer Support & Admin

• Support CS team with escalations and operational efficiency

• Manage order finalisation across platforms, especially Amazon and Decathlon

• Stay on top of a high email volume and action key stakeholder requests

✅ What You Bring:

• 2+ years in e-commerce, ideally in online sports retail

• Solid Magento experience (non-negotiable)

• Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms (bonus if you’ve led a migration)

• Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and cross-functional coordination

• Confident working with data, systems, and digital marketing tools
