About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the marketing team at DWL Machinery (AUS) Pty Ltd, one of Australia's most reputable machinery dealers. Our group of businesses also encompasses SEM Hire, Chess Transport and Buggy Hire Australia. In this full-time role based in Austral, NSW, you will be responsible for driving the company's digital marketing strategy and initiatives to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and reach new customers across all of our group of businesses.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including search, social media, email, text message and content marketing

Manage the company's website and online presence, ensuring it is optimised for search and provides an engaging user experience

Running and maintaining Google ad word campaigns and SEO work to ensure optimising our visibility through various search engines and creating leads.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and drive the digital marketing strategy

Analyse campaign performance and web analytics to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvements

Collaborate with the team for content creation, creating posts & videos for our social media platforms and managing their respective accounts.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

What we're looking for

2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of planning and executing successful campaigns

Proficiency in search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, Google Ads and content marketing

Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret web analytics and use insights to drive strategy

Strong creative and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to develop innovative digital marketing solutions

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

A passion for the agricultural industry and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends
