Your new job includes
As the Digital Marketing Specialist for Customer Experience, you will innovate and drive marketing strategies catering to a diverse range of customer segments and initiatives, leveraging various digital channels through store media, e-commerce, loyalty program, email marketing and online platforms for Heinemann Oceania. This is a unique and rewarding role where you will collaborate with teams across the region and global. You will play a key role in driving digital campaigns, manage customer data and drive customer relationship management initiatives to enhance customer engagement, retention and conversion across Heinemann’s in-store and online services. This role involves a blend of technical and creative skills to design and execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate sales. You will be familiar with various digital marketing tools, platforms, and technologies.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist - Customer Experience you will
Be an active part of Heinemann’s marketing plan process and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies to inform strategy, ensuring Heinemann remains at the forefront of the industry.
Map the customer journey in-store and online, creating targeted engagement strategies from awareness to retention.
Develop digital marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement, drive conversion and increase sales.
Manage and execute a long-term content calendar for in-store media, e-commerce, loyalty program and email campaigns.
Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and return on investment.
Attend key stakeholder meetings to drive a successful digital marketing investment plan for brands, trade marketing and partnership initiatives.
Collaborate with regional and global information technology and marketing teams to integrate program features and campaigns into existing systems and platforms.
What you should bring along
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies and best practices.
Proficiency in relevant digital marketing tools and technologies.
Ideal experience of 2 years in e-commerce and loyalty programs with proven success in conversions and retention performance.
Experience on website content management.
Problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills related to process design and execution.
High level of attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to deal with complex problems and resolve issues.
Ability to analyze digital marketing data and performance metrics to identify trends, insights, areas for improvement and prepare reports communicating key findings and recommendations.
