About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our brand’s online presence across multiple social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about content creation, community engagement, and e-commerce growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media marketing, influencer collaborations, and digital advertising, with a keen understanding of the Australian and overseas Chinese markets.

Responsibilities:

• Execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads and sales.

• Identify and create content with KOLs and influencers.

• Track and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement.

• Develop content and manage daily operation for social media accounts base on digital marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and recommend new strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG related industry.

• Strong understanding of marketing and best practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative digital marketing campaigns.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
