About the Role

We’re seeking a creative and results-driven E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing brand. If you love content, know Shopify inside out, and are confident running marketing campaigns and optimizing for SEO, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll manage the online store, drive traffic and sales, improve visibility, and create engaging content for our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update our Shopify store, including products, collections, homepage content, and seasonal promotions.

Write and optimize SEO-friendly content for the website and social media platforms..

Create engaging social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) and visual content, including website banners and product images, using Canva or Photoshop.

Plan and execute targeted Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email campaigns (Klaviyo / Mailchimp preferred).

Conduct keyword research and implement Google’s SEO best practices for better search visibility.

Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues such as indexing, site speed, and structured data errors.

Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Shopify reports to improve conversions and marketing ROI.

Keep product listings optimized with up-to-date information, clean visuals, and conversion-focused copy.

Stay current with e-commerce and product trends, and adapt content and strategies accordingly.

Support basic CMS (Shopify) customizations, app integrations, and coordinate with the internal team when necessary.

Skills & Experience

2+ years of hands-on experience in Shopify management and e-commerce marketing.

Strong content writing skills tailored for SEO, user engagement, and product positioning.

Experience in graphic design using tools like Canva or Photoshop.

Ability to manage or contribute to product photography for web and social use.

Working knowledge of technical SEO, including schema markup, speed optimization, and mobile performance.

Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp).

Familiarity with Shopify CMS and ability to make basic updates and modifications.

A good sense of product trends, seasonal opportunities, and customer preferences in e-commerce.

Strong attention to detail, a creative and proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
