Who you will be working for?
You will be joining a high-growth business at the intersection of funds management and property development. With a strong track record in commercial real estate lending across Australia and New Zealand, the team is focused on closing the credit gap in the mid-market sector. Alongside a successful property development arm with over $750 million in completed projects and more on the way, this is an ambitious, fast-moving environment where your work directly contributes to real-world outcomes.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Take ownership of a portfolio of commercial property loans from settlement through to repayment
• Collaborate with the Credit team to ensure smooth, accurate loan settlements
• Monitor loan conditions, maturities and ensure compliance with lending terms
• Liaise with legal and third-party administrators on mortgage discharges and loan updates
• Prepare investor updates and stakeholder reports with accuracy and insight
• Continuously improve templates, processes and tools across the loan lifecycle
• Support the Credit team in analysing lending opportunities, valuations and financials
• Assist with preparing credit and investment committee papers, term sheets and investor memos
• Contribute to strategic insights through market research and trends analysis
• Collaborate with the distribution team on capital raising initiatives

We are looking for someone with:

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, banking or loan administration (ideally commercial/residential lending)
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, Accounting or a Property-related field
• Proficient Excel and numerical skills
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-starter attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement
