Role Summary:

Responsible for driving revenue growth through identifying new business opportunities and subsequent conversion of opportunities to sales.

Steering client relationships to find additional opportunities to expand and improve client usage of HARMONiQ post implementation and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities include:

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking

Create strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients

Conduct live demonstrations of our HARMONiQ ERP software

Secure contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements

Implement business development plans and achieve sales targets

Account Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

Proactively educate clients about new HARMONiQ product features, our services, and relevant industry trends

Monitor client satisfaction and ensure a high level of service delivery across our teams

Identify additional revenue streams with existing clients

Nurture relationships with top-tier clients

Show us what you’ve got…

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

4+ years of experience in business development, account management, or a related role

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships successfully

Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills

Analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs

Ability to work independently and with a variety of stakeholders

Proficiency in ERP and cloud-based solutions
