Are you well organised and good at following things through?
We’re seeking a capable and motivated Production Admin Assistant to join our small but experienced team at Conni. Supporting the Product Development & Supply Chain team, you’ll play a crucial supporting role in the day-to-day tracking of products from concept to consumer-ready products.
This is not a design role. You’ll be the person behind the scenes keeping everything and everyone on track, chasing suppliers, organising samples, updating spreadsheets, and asking the right questions at the right time.
What You’ll Do
Track and follow up product timelines, tasks and supplier commitments
Liaise with local and international factories to keep things moving
Manage incoming and outgoing product samples, including documentation
Maintain and update internal product records, spec sheets, and schedules
Support the team in preparing briefs, packaging info, and development notes
Assist in sourcing materials, packaging, and supplier alternatives when needed
What You’ll Bring
Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
Confidence in following up and communicating clearly with suppliers
Ability to juggle multiple threads of work at once without getting flustered
Familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, and general file management
Located in the Geelong region or within easy travel distance
A flexible and practical mindset—someone who gets on with it and adapts as needed
Desirable Experience
Previous work in product development, supply chain, or coordination
Understanding of working with overseas factories (China experience ideal)
Admin or coordination background in retail, textiles, or consumer goods
