About the role

We are seeking a skilled and organised Admin Assistant to join our team at Jake Hall Tiling Pty Ltd in Cheltenham, Victoria. This is a part-time role, offering flexible working hours to support our growing business.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating schedules for our team of tilers using the job management program Tradify

Liaising with real estate agents, building supervisors and customers

Preparing and sending quotes using Tradify

Following up on quotes and job progress

General admin support and communication tasks

What we're looking for

Previous experience in the building industry (tiling industry experience is a big plus)

3+ years experience to bring some knowledge and input to set up systems

Confident communicator with strong organisational skills

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks

Experience with Tradify or similar job management software is highly desirable.

A proactive and problem-solving mindset
