What You’ll Do:
Provide general administrative support to the sales and warehouse teams
Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
Assist with order entry, invoicing, and data entry into internal systems
Maintain accurate records and filing
Coordinate freight bookings and delivery paperwork
Help keep the office running smoothly with day-to-day support
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and basic admin software
Friendly and professional communication style
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous admin or customer service experience (preferred)
