About the Role
We are a growing accounting firm and we're looking for a motivated individual to join our team in a varied, entry-level role. No prior experience in the industry is required – full training will be provided.
If you're someone who has energy, takes pride in your attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a team, this is the place for you.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting clients at the office
Managing phone and email enquiries
Booking appointments
General administrative and operational support
About You
Friendly and approachable, with strong communication skills
High attention to detail and solid organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and Gmail/Google Calendar
Prior experience in administration or customer service is helpful but not required
What We Offer
Full training in all aspects of business operations
A supportive, team-focused work environment with heaps of social functions
Stable, full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5.00pm (flexible for the right person)
Office based in Fitzroy, VIC 3065
Salary 55-65k including super
