About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Ragazzi Wine & Pasta in the heart of Sydney. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of high-quality meals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of culinary professionals while contributing to the ongoing success of our acclaimed establishment.

What you'll be doing

Preparing, cooking and presenting a range of dishes to our guests' satisfaction

Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation and consistency

Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment

Assisting with menu development and implementing new recipes

Training and supervising junior kitchen staff

Adhering to all health, safety and food hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent in a reputable restaurant or hospitality establishment

Formal culinary training or qualification (e.g. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery)

Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, flavour profiles and presentation

Strong organisational and time management skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a talented kitchen team

Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests
