Primary Aim of Position:

• To provide a high level of leadership to the Property Management department and Administration department
• To provide an exceptional level of service to clients in their dealings with the organisation
• To cultivate a team environment where individuals feel valued, supported and motivated to grow and remain part of the organisation long-term

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Stong leadership including:

• Coaching and mentoring team members
• Training team members and referring them for external training as required
• Inspire and assist team members with goal setting and planning
• Regularly review performance
• Manage performance as required
• Involved in advertising, interviewing and hiring new staff members
• Professionally handle any complaint escalations
• Always display our company values and encourage the team to do the same

• Experience leading a team
• Exceptional people skills
• Experience working in Property Mangement is highly regarded

• Good level of computer literacy, familiar with various Property Management programs
