The Opportunity
As Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our disability support services, ensuring exceptional service delivery aligned with NDIS standards, compliance requirements, and Tibii’s values.
You’ll lead a dedicated team, optimise systems, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement—creating operational structures that uplift both participants and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations across service delivery, compliance, rostering, incident management, and workforce planning
Monitor and ensure adherence to NDIS, SCHADS, and Fair Work compliance standards
Collaborate with leadership on organisational strategy, system improvements, and scaling operations
Mentor department leads and foster a values-aligned, accountable culture
Manage budgets and resources, ensuring sustainable, high-quality services
Act as a key liaison with regulators, partners, and stakeholders
Oversee quality assurance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives
Champion a human rights approach across all operational practices
About You
We’re looking for a professional who brings:
Proven leadership experience in operations management, ideally within disability, health, or community sectors
Strong knowledge of NDIS, SCHADS, Fair Work, and compliance frameworks
Strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
Collaborative leadership style fostering accountability, empathy, and growth
Track record of managing budgets, systems, and regulatory standards
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Alignment with Tibii’s mission and values
