About the role
You will oversee the property management division, taking the reins from a director stepping back to focus on sales and growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will both lead the team and remain actively involved in property management tasks, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards.

Duties
• Lead and mentor a growing PM team
• Oversee compliance, client care and team standards
• Handle escalations and process improvements
• Step in to assist with property management tasks when needed
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training
• Collaborate with the director on business strategy

Skills & experience
• Property Management Registration (SA)
• Residential property management expertise
• Confident team leadership and mentoring skills
• Ability to resolve issues with care and clarity
• Strong systems, process and compliance knowledge
