About the Role:

As the Team Manager, you’ll support a high-performing real estate sales team by managing daily workflow, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and helping the team stay accountable to their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist the sales campaign process
• Lead team meetings and assist with tracking KPIs and business goals
• Ensure compliance with documentation and internal processes
• Support the Lead Agent with diary and calendar management
• Coordinate agent marketing activities and support brand presence

What We’re Looking for:

• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Must have previous experience in real estate
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Exceptional client service/client management
• Proven experience in administration, coordination, or operations in the real estate sector.
