We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team, uphold our values, and inspire a people-first culture that fosters empowerment, purpose, and connection.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate chefs and kitchen staff to build a strong, high-performing team.

Quality Control: Ensure consistency and excellence across all menus.

Operational Performance: Manage food costs, labour efficiencies, and overall kitchen operations.

Team Development & Culture: Provide training, promote respect, and cultivate a collaborative environment.

Cross-Team Communication/Collaboration: Work closely with operations and front-of-house teams to enhance customer experiences.

Industry Awareness: Stay informed on trends and innovations in the club and catering industry to maintain a competitive edge.

About You

· A seasoned Executive Chef with proven experience leading kitchen teams.

· Passionate about customer service and culinary excellence—someone who genuinely loves food and people.

· A confident communicator who leads by example and fosters strong, respectful teams.

· Financially and operationally savvy, with the ability to perform under pressure.

· A problem-solver with a proactive mindset and a keen eye for quality.

· Experience using a range of computer software programs including stocktaking programs.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
