Head Chef Role

This position is for one of the Shires best restaurant,Full time role must be proven in all aspects of running a kitchen.

Directing and supervising kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Managing kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow, stock control, and waste reduction.

Ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.

Collaborating with the restaurant manager and front-of-house team to enhance the customer experience.

Analyzing sales data and adjusting menus to optimize profitability.

Staying updated on culinary trends and incorporating new techniques.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef.

Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.

Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Food safety and hygiene certification.

Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.

Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
