You:

Have extensive experience in high end restaurants In Australia or abroad

Bring a strong foundation in European cuisine, especially French, Spanish, and Italian

Are equally comfortable delivering restaurant service, high-volume catering, and quick-service café offerings

Lead with a "go-getter" mindset – hungry, positive, adaptable, and unafraid of challenges.

Possess strong leadership and mentoring skills to build and motivate a new kitchen team
