Lalla Rookh is looking for a full time Junior Sous Chef to join the team. Duties will include working and managing different sections of the kitchen, training the junior chefs and kitchen hands, assisting the Sous and Head chef.

The ideal candidate will be someone with a passion for food with good communication skills and a great attitude towards working in a busy venue with a good team. The ideal candidate will have experience training staff and some exposure to ordering. Minimum of 3 years experience required. This role would suit a CPD or a senior CPD looking to take the next step progress their career. Experience with Italian cuisine is preferred but not essential as training will be given.
