What You’ll Do:

Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations

Lead and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen hands

Drive consistency and quality across all menu offerings

Assist in menu development, specials, and events

Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen cost control

Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times

What You Bring:

Proven experience in a similar Sous Chef role

A calm, confident leadership style and team-first attitude

Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and commercial compliance

High standards for presentation, consistency, and cleanliness

Ability to thrive during busy services and large functions
