The Role

• Provide administrative and operational support to the transport team while maintaining strong coordination with warehouse staff
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery updates, including delays, to ensure expectations were managed effectively
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication across departments to promote seamless work flow and real time updates
• Consistently meet or exceed daily KPIs by maintaining focus on efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery

Your Background

• Proven experience in transport and 3PL operations, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes
• Demonstrated leadership in senior operational roles, overseeing teams and driving performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
