Ecoblue, Australia’s leading manufacturer and supplier of AdBlue®, is seeking an experienced and driven Transport & Operations Supervisor for our Sunshine West location.

In this key role, you will take the lead on our transport, scheduling, and delivery operations for the branch, ensuring our fleet runs smoothly and every customer receives their product on time. Alongside this, you'll also support production and inventory processes to keep the branch running efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Transport, Scheduling & Delivery (Primary Focus)

• Oversee daily scheduling and dispatch of local and interstate deliveries
• Manage driver rosters, monitor hours, and enforce fatigue management and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) standards
• Use internal systems (MTData, Exonet, ECOTrack) for GPS tracking, run sheet management, and delivery compliance
• Optimise delivery routes and fleet utilisation to improve efficiency and meet customer expectations
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and ensure fleet compliance with safety regulations
• Lead toolbox meetings and maintain strong communication with drivers and stakeholders

Production & Inventory (Secondary Focus)

• Support coordination of AdBlue® production, ensuring quality standards and batch targets are met
• Assist in managing plant maintenance schedules and reporting against production KPIs
• Oversee inventory movements, purchasing, and stock control to align with delivery needs

Customer Service & Leadership

• Liaise with customers to schedule deliveries and proactively resolve issues
• Maintain strong customer relationships and uphold our delivery guarantees
• Lead and support staff across transport and operations, fostering a safety-first and customer-focused culture

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in transport, scheduling, or logistics supervision
• Strong leadership and team management skills, especially with drivers and operational staff
• Solid knowledge of national transport regulations, driver fatigue laws, and CoR compliance
• Experience with GPS tracking and transport management systems (MTData, Exonet, ECOTrack desirable)
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with fleet maintenance coordination
• Familiarity with production operations and inventory management is a plus
• Proficiency with MS Office and strong attention to detail
