· $75k - $80k pa + Super + Bonus Structure

About Elevo Care
Elevo Care is a registered NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Our empathetic and experienced team supports individuals across a range of services including Supported Independent Living (SIL), overnight support, Support Coordination, and Plan Management.
We’re now looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our growing team—someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and operational excellence.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate services for NDIS participants, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality support across in-home and SIL settings.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, staff, and stakeholders
Ensure high standards of service delivery and participant care
Develop and manage core rosters; fill shifts based on support needs and availability
Coordinate a high-volume workflow—balancing emails, calls, and rostering tasks
Recruit, onboard and mentor new support workers
Onboard new participants and ensure seamless transitions
Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and audit requirements
Address complaints promptly in collaboration with the Operations Manager
Review and provide feedback on progress notes for quality and accuracy
Keep participant profiles and rosters up to date
About You
We’re looking for a proactive and compassionate professional with:
At least 2 years’ experience in the disability or community services sector
Strong rostering and scheduling skills in a high-volume environment
Experience mentoring support workers and/or conducting recruitment
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A collaborative and client-focused leadership style
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance
A calm, professional approach under pressure
A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and valid Victorian driver’s licence
