An exciting opportunity has opened up to join our fast-growing, dynamic team in Port Melbourne. We're seeking a highly organised and energetic Operations Coordinator to help drive excellence across our operations and client services.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage multiple streams of input at once, and brings exceptional communication skills and outstanding attention to detail to everything they do.

What You’ll Do:
Call Management: Handle inbound calls, make outbound follow-ups, and delegate queries effectively
Scheduling: Coordinate and manage technician schedules to ensure smooth operations
Database Management: Keep meticulous, up-to-date records of client and service information
Customer Care: Proactively liaise with clients, respond to support tickets, and resolve issues promptly
Communication: Act as a vital link between clients and internal departments
Account Management: Monitor and collate NPS data, working across teams to solve client challenges
General Admin: Support the team with a range of administrative tasks as required
What You’ll Bring:
Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone manner
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service, coordination, or operations support role
Organisation & Detail: Naturally organised and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through
Customer Care Mindset: Empathetic, patient, emotionally intelligent, and solutions-focused
Problem-Solving: A confident decision-maker who thrives on resolving challenges
