Ryalex Security is on the hunt for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. We’re looking for a confident professional with a proven background in sales in electronic security, This is your chance to work with a team that values initiative, backs its staff, and delivers real solutions that protect people, businesses and assets.

About the role
This is a pivotal role focused on hunting new business and growing existing accounts. You’ll be backed by a strong operations and engineering team so you can focus on what you do best—building relationships and closing deals.
Your responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and industrial markets
Develop tailored security solutions and proposals for clients
Nurture relationships with key accounts and industry partners
Respond to tenders and work closely with internal stakeholders on project delivery
Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on long-term client value
meet and exceed yearly revenue and gross margin targets.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in B2B sales, within the electronic security industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your own pipeline
Ability to understand and explain technical systems.
Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel within NSW
Valid Security licence
Experience responding to tenders and/or managing contract-based sales is a plus
Preferred experience in using Simpro job management system
