We invite you to become a valued member of the technical support team at the Victorian Catholic Education Authority, providing level 2/3 support as our Workplace Technology Specialist.
What you’ll Do
The Workplace Technology Specialist, will be responsible for providing level 2/3 technical support to all VCEA staff with a strong focus on SharePoint administration and system management. You will work closely with vendors to resolve any system-wide issues and ensure seamless collaboration across platforms.
You will be comfortable partnering across the organistation to assess and meet technology requirements; including access to SharePoint solutions and other IT services.

Workplace Technology and Desktop Support
Collaboration and Vendor Management
What you’ll bring
Demonstrated experience delivering IT support across desktop, systems, and networks, with a strong grasp of SharePoint administration and Microsoft 365 tools.
Solid understanding of network infrastructure and troubleshooting, underpinned by a practical, solutions-focused approach.
Commitment to service excellence, with a proactive, dependable, and solutions-focused approach to stakeholder support.
A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for smarter ways of working and seeking opportunities to grow and stay current.
Well developed communication skills, with the ability to engage and convey complex information in a clear and confident manner.
Interpersonal skills that have been refined throughout your career enabling you to collaborate effectively with a wide and diverse range of stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
A minimum of three years’ experience in L-2 and L-3 support, preferably within the education or not for profit sector.
