Currently, there’s a team of 4 PM's, 5 CA's, Design & Est manager, HSEQ Team, 2 Design Coord, Estimator and Site teams across the business.

The Role

• Programming and coordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries
• Provide a clear path for subbies to maximise productivity
• Expertise in sequencing & programming
• Managing OHS compliance on site including site inductions
• Mentor, coach and train your Foreman on site
• Liaison with client, ensuring successful delivery of project to schedule
• Involvement in trade packages & design discussions
• Management of the construction program and look aheads, reporting to the Project Manager
• Liaison with the commercial team to identify variations and claims
• Problem-solving, proactive planning and forward-thinking

The Person

• 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager on Industrial & Commercial projects
• Licenced QBCC Supervisor/Builder or similar
• Ensure site is running to schedule/minimise delays
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Able to drive outcomes and solutions and meet timelines
• In depth knowledge of building codes, standards and methodologies
• Solutions-driven approach, with the initiative to solve problems and manage conflict
• Excellent work ethic and builds a high-performing, proactive working culture on site

The Package

• Immediate interview & start pending notice period
• $180,000 - $200,000 + Super
• Mon-Fri. 5-day program
• A full-time, permanent position within a growing business
