Senior Site Manager

Our client is a true favourite of Design & Build, and has a proven history and nurturing and growing their staff - both personally and professionally. Our client is based in Brisbane, and searching for a an experienced Senior Site Manager who has experience and a passion for delivering unique high rise residential projects. This is a permanent and long term position with a number of projects locked in to a stable pipeline of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Start at the inception of the project.
• Assist in preconstruction activities
• Manage day-to-day site operations, safety, quality, & subcontractors
• Develop and implement construction schedules
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality
• Foster a positive, high performing, & collaborative working environment

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in high rise projects $100M+
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices
• Excellent leadership
• Adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced construction environment
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
• Values teamwork and camaraderie
