We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established national fitout and construction company, known for delivering high-quality projects across commercial, education, healthcare, hospitality, and government sectors. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work and a number of recent project wins, this is a great opportunity to step into a stable, long-term role with career progression on offer.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring safety and compliance
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage site scheduling
• Collaborate with project managers to drive program delivery
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across clients, consultants, and suppliers
• Manage quality control and ensure work is delivered to a high standard

About You:

• Trade and/or safety qualifications
• 3-5 years proven experience as a Site Manager within the fitout or commercial construction space
• Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
• Ability to manage high-performing subcontractors and internal teams
• Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project
• Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to problem-solve
