Known for premium workmanship and innovation in residential, commercial, and architectural concrete projects, we’re expanding—and seeking a Construction Manager to lead our site teams and deliver projects that set a new standard in the industry.

About the Role

As Construction Manager, you’ll take charge of multiple projects from planning to pour. You’ll oversee construction operations, manage teams, and ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be key to driving operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations across multiple construction sites.

Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate resources, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless execution.

Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Liaise with clients, engineers, and internal teams to align on project objectives.

Oversee and coordinate the sales pipeline and negotiate new work opportunities.

Review labour, risk, and progress regularly to ensure targets are met.

Set and manage project budgets, identifying opportunities for efficiency.

Prepare and deliver project reports to stakeholders with solutions-focused update.s

About You

5+ years’ experience in construction or site/project management (concrete background preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

Strong leadership skills and proven experience managing high-performing site teams

Confident in contract negotiation and client engagement

Proficient in project management software and construction methodologies

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Deep understanding of Australian building codes and OH&S standards

Proactive and hands-on, with a passion for delivering exceptional results
